What we collect
When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the collection and delivery details needed to price and carry out the job.
How we use it
Your details are used to provide the recovery or transport service you've booked, to contact you about that booking, and — only with your consent — to let you know about relevant updates to our services.
Payment information
Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card details on our own systems.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the site. They remember your cookie choice (a cookie called lrg_consent, kept for up to 180 days) and, when you make a payment, allow our payment provider (currently Stripe) to keep the payment secure and detect fraud. These do not need your consent.
Analytics cookies. Only if you choose to accept them, we use Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and how people find us — so we can improve it. Google receives information about your visit through these cookies; see Google's own privacy policy for how it uses that information.
Advertising cookies. Only if you choose to accept them, we use Google Ads cookies (such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) to measure which of our adverts lead to an enquiry or booking, and to improve our advertising. Google receives information about your visit through these cookies. Until you accept, Google's tags are not loaded on this site at all.
Your choice. You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies separately, and change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
Other third-party services. To show maps, look up postcodes, calculate routes and load fonts and code libraries, your browser contacts services such as OpenStreetMap, postcodes.io, the OSRM routing service, unpkg and Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address and technical details such as your browser type as part of the request.
Data retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details in our footer to make a request.
