Booking a non-runner in advance
Unlike a roadside breakdown, this is usually plannable — which means we can schedule the right vehicle and the right driver rather than sending whoever's nearest. Tell us the specifics when you book: what's actually wrong with it, roughly how much it weighs, and whether there's safe access for a flatbed at both ends.
